I am delighted to connect with the Moring/Mooring clan. I now have an idea of the line of Morings that connect me to the John Moring who came to Va. in 1640 or so. I am curious about where in England was that John Moring's home. Any ideas?

She was SO amazed that I was able to locate the grave of Helen Moring , her grandmother, my great.

She made an unsuccessful venture to search for it in the 30's

this is my first venture into my geneology- my grandfather was

claude "swack" blanton moring from Va- i knew of one sister, evelyn.

His father dies at a young age and my grandfather began workign to

support his family instead of finishing third grade. Please contact me

his Uncle Christopher Moring(1) and cozens Christopher(2) and Jane

I guess you'd say we are decended from Walter Morings younger brother Frank. From what cousin Harriet and I figured out, my grandfather, Frank Dennison was born in 1881. Earlier that year I think, his 'father' Frank was sent home in disgrace from Chicago where he had been living with older brother Walter. I cannot find any trace of grandpa mother other than he was 'born in Virginia', tho we do have proof his mother went home to Toronto where he was born. I guess we will never know!
