**It is interesting to note that
several of our Kentucky ancestors served
the Union. I will dedicate pages to ALL of our family's
soldiers as time permits.
Although these lists contain many names, they are by no means complete. I will add names as I come across them, or as they are submitted to me. The process has been long and drawn out, not to mention confusing and frustrating at times. If anyone sees an error, please contact me. Due to the plethora of spellings for our surname, I came across numerous duplicate listings of single soldiers. I have attempted to identify those soldiers that were listed with alternate spellings and what those spellings were. Unless we can connect the soldier with a pre/post-war record, the exact spelling he used may never be known.
